• To avail cashless facility, the patient shall submit his/her Cashless Card from TPA, Policy Papers to know the total sum assured. Incase of CorporatePolicy, the patient will have to submit his Office ID Card to initiate the process.
  • All Cashless patients will have topay the security deposit at the time of admission of Rs. 5,000/- forEconomy Class, Rs. 10,000/- for Double Sharing, Rs. 15,000/- for Single Room and Rs. 20,000/- for Deluxe Class.
  • The above deposit is Refundable Security Deposit. If there are any deductions from the TPA’swhich has been approved earlier the same shall be deducted at the time of discharge from the security deposit and the remaining amount shall be refunded to the patient after settlements of the claim.Generally it takes around 25-30 days to settle the claim amount by the TPA’s.
  • Preauthorization form shall be submitted by the hospital on behalf of the patient to the TPA. The initial approval shall takearound 4-6 hours of time.
  • During Discharge, hospital shall send the Final bill & Discharge summary for final approval. If the final approval from TPA is less than the final hospital bill, the difference amount has to be paid by the patient / patient relative before discharge. The Refundable Security Deposit has no relation to these settlements of differential amounts.
  • The time taken for the final approval by the TPA’s may vary from 4-6 hours.
